During his interview at the WSJ Live event, Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed that the new Apple TV will be coming out as early as next week. While he didn’t reveal any specific launch date, but it is good to know that the new Apple TV will be shipping next week.
The new Apple TV, which was announced with the launch of iPad Pro, comes with lots of new features and advance tvOS, a platform which has been developed by Apple’s developer team on the foundation of iOS. Along with that we have a new touchpad remote and access to the special TV section in the App Store. In his interview, Tim said that the TV experience is a decade behind the iPhone and it needs to be modernized.
The price of the new Apple TV starts at $149 for the 32GB model and $199 for the 64GB model. Tim believes that it is the foundation of the future of TV.
